Return Period
You have up to 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
Return Conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage.
- All labels must be intact, and the item must be in its original packaging.
- Products such as underwear, personalized accessories, or discounted items are excluded from the return policy.
How to Start a Return
To start the return process:
- Send an email to info@fiorenz.com with the subject line "Return Request".
- Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product description
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs (freight) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and refunded through the original payment method used.
- The original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and specify the desired item directly in your first email.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
- Discounted or clearance items are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns of items damaged due to improper use.
